Terms Of Service
Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of a 30% deposit of the total stay, unless otherwise agreed and confirmed in writing. Please send me an email to confirm that you have made the bank transfer for the deposit.
CANCELLATION / NO-SHOW POLICY
Deposits will be refunded only if the cancellation is communicated at least 14 days before the scheduled arrival date. In the event of a no-show or a cancellation made less than 2 weeks before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable. In the case of early departure during your stay, we reserve the right to charge for the full booked period.
PRIVACY
Please be informed that, in accordance with Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, your personal data will be processed in compliance with confidentiality and data protection regulations. Guests’ personal data will not be disclosed to third parties without explicit authorization.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
We accept cash and bank transfer.
CHECK-IN
From 3:00 pm onwards, unless otherwise agreed.
CHECK-OUT
No later than 11:00 am.
Bedding and towels are provided in the apartment free of charge and changed weekly. More frequent changes can be arranged at a laundry fee of €5 per person.
From 1 April to 31 October, the Municipality of Terracina charges a tourist tax of €1.50 per person per night (children under 12 are exempt) for a maximum of 5 nights.
